What is the PTO's website?  You can access our website by going to: https://nolensvillepto.membershiptoolkit.com/home

What is the Back to School Bash?

The Back to School Bash is a special time for new and returning families to gather and meet their teacher, see their classroom, pick up pre-ordered school supplies, obtain vehicle tags, join the PTO, gather information about the PTO and upcoming events, purchase spiritwear, drop off medications to the school nurse, find out your child's bus route, meet new friends and see old ones and enjoy some treats.

How do I find a list of PTO sponsored events?

You can find a list of all of our PTO events by visiting our website.

How do I volunteer?

Volunteering is a great way to build relationships and get to know the school staff and PTO.  We have several volunteer opportunities throughout the school year.  Visit our website and click on the Volunteer Tab to see a list of opportunities.

How do I purchase Class/Field Trip T-Shirts and Spiritwear?

There will be many opportunities to purchase spiritwear throughout the year during various events.  A booth will be set up at the Back to School Bash as well as at each orientation night just before school starts.  You can also purchase spiritwear by visiting our website and clicking on the Cardinal Store. The class/field trip t-shirts are ordered at the beginning of the school year via our online Cardinal Store as well.

What are the Volunteer Tiers and why are they important?

Williamson County Schools has created a three-tier volunteer system to help protect our children and promote a high level of volunteerism in the county. If you plan to attend any field trips or volunteer in the classroom, you must be a Tier III volunteer, which requires a background check. The Tier III application process needs to be completed once every 5 years. Due to a very busy beginning of the school year, it is always better to get this done soon.  Additional information is available on our PTO website under the Volunteer tab.

Are there opportunities for working parents to be involved in the PTO?

We realize that many of our parents work while also want to be involved in our school.  There will be several events and activities throughout the school year that working parents can plug in and help.  You can also visit our website and click on the Volunteer Tab to see a list opportunities as well as interest forms.  We love to see parents volunteer and be involved.  In addition, your child's teacher may have some opportunities to help throughout the school year.  Feel free to reach out to the Room Parents for these opportunities.

What is the role of a Room Parent?

Our room parents are very important! The room parent serves as a liaison between teacher and class as well as helps with various tasks including purchasing class gifts, planning class parties and recruiting classroom volunteers.

How do I order school supplies?

Our PTO provides parents the opportunity to purchase school supply kits in the Spring.  Once you place your supply kit order, you can pick up the kit during the Back to School Bash and take it to your child's classroom.  The supply kits are filled with high quality, name brand products that our teachers have requested for each grade level.  Please note that parents are not required to purchase a school supply kit.  A school supply list will be posted on the school's website over the summer.
